Mobile Terms of Service

The Efamol mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Efamol (“Efamol”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also update these Mobile Terms from time to time and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.  

 

By consenting to Efamol’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive marketing SMS/text messages from Efamol to the mobile number provided. Messages may include promotions, offers, launch alerts and other marketing communications (e.g. cart reminders).  

 

You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages in order to make a purchase, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Participation in this Service is entirely voluntary.  

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for any charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your mobile network provider. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile provider for further details.  

 

You can opt out of the Service at any time by replying STOP to any message or by using the unsubscribe link (where available). After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

We may change the sender ID or number used to provide the Service at any time and will notify you where required.  

 

Mobile network providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If your number changes, you will need to opt in again using your new number. 

 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Efamol is not liable for delayed, failed or misdirected messages, or for any reliance placed on information provided via the Service.
