Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Efamol Omega Femme Perimenopause Starter Kit Instagram Giveaway.
By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Promoter
The promoter is Wassen International Ltd, trading as Efamol, of Unit 11, Waterside Business Park, Hull, HU13 0EG (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Entrants must have a valid Instagram account and comply with Instagram's terms of use.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on 02/10/2026 and closes at 23.59 UK time on 31st October 2026 (“the Closing Date”).
Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, entrants must, during the Giveaway Period:
- Follow @efamol on Instagram
- Like the giveaway post
- Tag at least one friend in the comments of the giveaway post
Each separate comment tagging a different eligible friend will count as one entry into the prize draw.
Entrants should only tag genuine Instagram accounts belonging to people they know and must not use fake, duplicate or automated accounts.
Bonus Entry
Entrants can receive one additional entry by sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @efamol.
The Promoter must be able to verify the Story share for the bonus entry to be counted.
If an entrant has a private Instagram account, they should send @efamol a screenshot of their Story share by direct message before the Closing Date so that the bonus entry can be verified.
Only one bonus Story entry is available per person.
5. The Prize
There are three prizes available.
Each winner will receive an Omega Femme Perimenopause Starter Kit, comprising:
- 1 x Omega Femme
- 1 x Efamol Pink Pill Box
- 1 x Efamol Mood & Cycle Tracker
- 1 x Efamol Tote Bag
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace any element of the prize with an item of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date.
All eligible additional entries will be included in the draw.
The winner will be selected using a verifiably random selection process.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by @efamol via Instagram direct message within 3 working days of the Closing Date.
Efamol will never ask the winner for payment or bank details in order to claim the prize.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted and provide the information reasonably required to deliver the prize.
If the winner does not respond within this period, is unable to provide the required information or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be sent to the winner at a valid UK delivery address supplied by them.
The Promoter will aim to dispatch the prize within 30 days of the winner confirming their delivery details.
The Promoter is not responsible for any delay caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
9. Winner Information
The Promoter may make available the surname and county of the winner to anyone who reasonably requests confirmation that a valid prize award took place, in accordance with applicable promotional marketing rules.
The winner may object to their information being published or made available. However, the Promoter may still be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority where requested.
10. Invalid Entries
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that they have:
- breached these Terms & Conditions;
- used fraudulent, automated, fake or duplicate accounts;
- manipulated or attempted to manipulate the entry process; or
- otherwise acted unfairly or dishonestly.
Incomplete, illegible or unverifiable entries may not be accepted.
11. Personal Data
Personal information supplied in connection with the giveaway will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway, including contacting the winner and arranging delivery of the prize, unless the entrant has separately consented to another use.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
12. Instagram
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that Instagram has no responsibility or liability in connection with the giveaway.
Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the giveaway should be directed to the Promoter and not Instagram.
13. General
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not successfully submitted due to technical faults, network problems or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the giveaway where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable, provided that entrants are not unfairly disadvantaged.
The Promoter's decision regarding the administration of the giveaway is final.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights entrants may have under the laws applicable where they live.
