Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our product(s) you purchase, we offer a full 'no quibble’ refund or exchange policy.

Our policy means that if we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 14 days from the date you received the item, unopened and in its original packaging.

Please note we will only accept returns after 14 days if the product is faulty.

When you return a product to us we will notify you of your refund via letter or e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you within 3 – 5 working days, and in any case, within 30 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via letter or e-mail that you were entitled to a refund.

Statutory Rights (Applies to UK Customers only)

Under UK law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within 7 working days of the items delivery to you.

To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please contact us at info@efamol.com stating 'Contract Cancellation’ as your reason for the return. It is your responsibility to ensure that the package is returned within the 7 working days. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note, that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the items normal postage charge, if applicable.
