Wassen International Ltd. (legal operator of efamol.com) Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions (UK)
Eligibility:
1.1 The Wassen International Ltd. Instagram Giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.2 Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Wassen International Ltd. are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.
How to Enter:
2.1 The giveaway will be announced on the official Wassen International Ltd. Instagram account.
2.2 To enter, participants must follow the official Wassen International Ltd. designated Efamol Instagram account (efamol_uk), tag an additional Instagram account in the comments, and like the giveaway post.
2.3 Additional entries may be earned by tagging friends in separate comments (each tag in a separate comment counts as one additional entry, unlimited entries allowed).
Giveaway Period:
3.1 The giveaway begins on [Start Date] at 00:00 GMT and ends on [End Date] at 23:59 GMT.
3.2 Entries submitted outside the giveaway period will not be considered.
Prize:
4.1 The prize for this giveaway will be clearly stated in the Instagram giveaway post.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
Winner Selection:
5.1 The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
5.2 The winner will be announced on the official Wassen International Ltd. Instagram account within seven (7) days after the giveaway ends.
5.3 The winner must respond to the winner announcement post within seven (7) days to claim the prize. Failure to do so may result in the selection of a new winner.
Prize Delivery:
6.1 The prize will be sent to the winner's UK postal address.
6.2 Wassen International Ltd. will cover the shipping costs for delivering the prize to the winner's address.
6.3 Wassen International Ltd. is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or undelivered prizes.
Publicity:
7.1 By participating in the giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Wassen International Ltd. to use their Instagram handle and any submitted photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8.1 Wassen International Ltd. will collect and use the personal information of participants solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and contacting the winner.
