Homemade Mackerel or Trout paté

Ingredients:
- A packet of smoked peppered mackerel or trout, skin removed (approx. 140g)
- A packet of cream cheese
- A tablespoon of creamed horseradish
- The juice of two lemons
Instructions:
Blend the ingredients together in a food processor
Serve with warm bread of your choice
Top with parsley or dill and lemon zest
