⁠These lollies are super simple, super yummy AND they're packed with Vitamin C. Great alternative to sugary shop bought ice creams! Here are a couple of different flavours for you to try.⁠

You'll need:⁠

Lolly molds x 8⁠
A blender⁠

Ingredients (for raspberry lollies):⁠

300g raspberries, washed⁠
350ml orange juice⁠

Ingredients (for strawberry & yoghurt lollies):⁠

400g strawberries, washed⁠
150g natural yoghurt⁠
2 tbsp honey (or to taste)⁠

Method:⁠

Add ingredients to blender & blitz until smooth⁠
Pour into lolly moulds⁠
Freeze overnight until set⁠
When you're ready to eat, dip the mould briefly in hot water so that the lollies easily slide out⁠
