Ingredients (makes 1 smoothie)

1 banana (natural sweetness + potassium)
Handful blueberries (antioxidant power)
Handful walnuts (plant source of omega-3)
1 tbsp chia seeds (fibre + omega-3)
Oat milk

Method:

Add to your blender, blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
