Looking for an easy mid-week meal? Try these crispy air fryer salmon bites!

Packed with Omega 3 to help boost brainpower 🧠 This delicious recipe is perfect to get the kids involved in too (although it may get messy!)

Ingredients (serves 4):
4 x boneless & skinless salmon fillets
100g flour
100g breadcrumbs (2 x slices of frozen bread, grated)
2 eggs, beaten

 


Method:
Cut the salmon into bite sized pieces
Coat the salmon pieces in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs
Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 mins at 200 degrees (or if you don’t have an air fryer, use the oven)

Serve with sweet potato chips & green veg 🍠🥦
