Kids Omega 3 DHA drops

Dr Alex Richardson
DPhil (Oxon), PGCE, FRSA

Founder Director of the UK-based charity, Food and Behaviour (FAB) Research.

Dr Alex Richardson is a world-renowned researcher, educator, speaker and published author. Her main interests centre on the role of nutrition in brain health, and its implications for behaviour, learning and mood. 

7 clinical studies were undertaken by Dr Alex Richardson into the importance of DHA for brain development and function, funded by Efamol.

Dr Simon Dyall
PhD

Nutritional Neuroscientist, University of Roehampton

Dr Simon Dyall leads the MSc Clinical Neuroscience programme at the University of Roehampton, and is Honorary Research Fellow in the Centre for Neuroscience, Surgery and Trauma, Queen Mary University of London. He was twice elected to the Board of Directors of the International Society for the Study of Fatty Acids and Lipids (ISSFAL).

3 clinical studies were funded by Efamol. The studies researched the link between omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) and mobility and brain function in ageing, mood and brain connectivity in young adults.
