Homemade Mackerel or Trout paté

Easy to make fish paté.

Yield: Serves 4

- A packet of smoked peppered mackerel or trout, skin removed (approx. 140g)
- A packet of cream cheese
- A tablespoon of creamed horseradish
- The juice of two lemons

  • Blend the ingredients together in a food processor
  • Serve with warm bread of your choice
  • Top with parsley or dill and lemon zest
