Here is an easy, super tasty way to boost your child’s fruit and veg intake. Plus we have added in 1ml of our Omega 3 DHA drops to ensure their daily DHA needs are taken care of too.


  • Half a banana
  • 3 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 raspberries (fresh/frozen)
  • 1/2 a fruit yogurt (optional)
  • Small handful of spinach (optional)
  • Teaspoon of flaxseeds
  • A cup of milk of your choice
  • 1ml of Efamol Omega 3 DHA drops.


Add all the ingredients into a blending cup and blend for 2 minutes or until lump free.
